Unless explicitly detailed in a signed SOW, all content, proprietary dashboard UI layouts, visual mechanics, data pipeline logic, software code, and trade design templates displayed across SynergyDash platforms remain the exclusive intellectual property of SynergyDash.
4. Data Privacy & Systems Security
We leverage industry-standard security layers to map data securely. Clients retain complete ownership of their raw ingested data streams. SynergyDash handles all client datasets in strict adherence to our Privacy Policy and global compliance requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
SynergyDash provides high-performance infrastructure tools and consulting strategies. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, system downtime, or business discrepancies resulting from data gaps or choices executed based on system outputs.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard business regulations. Any legal disputes arising from platform use shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated corporate courts.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these legal terms seamlessly at any given interval to match updating SaaS features or shifting consulting requirements. Ongoing use implies unconditional agreement to the newest posted draft.
